Jacqueline Yoki

Jacqueline Yoki is Human Resource Practitioner. She is an alumna of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone and Rome Business School, Italy where she obtained an honors degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management and an International Masters in Human Resources Management respectively. She is also a certified teacher and a coach from Milton Margai College of Education and Technology, Sierra Leone and Action Learning Associates, UK.

Prior to joining Integrated Trade Services as the pioneer Human Resources Manager, she has distinguished herself over the last 13 years working in various managerial capacities in the financial services and the leading FMCG in Sierra Leone. Jacqueline has an enviable track records working with United Bank for Africa (SL) Ltd as Country Head, Resources, Head, Human Resources, Guaranty Trust Bank (SL) Ltd and Sierra Leone Brewery Ltd as Competency and Career Development Manager. She has competencies in HR Strategy and Planning, HR Policy Design and Implementation, Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations Management and Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Coaching and Mentoring. She has served an associate and HR Consultant with some organizations. She has membership with the following HR professional bodies in Sierra Leone; HR Professionals Network, Society for Human Resources Management and Institute of Human Resources.

At leisure, she likes to cook and enjoy outdoor games with friends. Jacqueline is family oriented and blessed with three (3) beautiful children.
