Albert started his career in the Financial /Services Sector and worked for Guaranty Trust Bank (SL) Ltd for five (5) years. At the bank, he held key positions in Financial Controls and Marketing Departments and was Group Head of the Commercial Banking Department. He was the pioneer staff of the bank (Bank Manager) when it extended its services to Kenema a position he held until he left the services of the bank. He proceeded to Meresh SL Ltd as Project Lead for their Agriculture Project in Cocoa and Coffee for 3 years.
Albert was a co-founder and CEO of Colossal SL Ltd, a Haulage and equipment rental company who was the sole company providing logistics services for Sierra Minerals Holdings Ltd the only Bauxite Mining Company in Sierra Leone.
Prior to Integrated Trade Services, Albert was also the CEO of Uplink Construction and Civil Engineering Company Colossal (SL) Ltd a position he held for 5 years. During his tenor Uplink Construction and Civil Engineering Company expanded its operations and was a reliable partner for haulage and equipment rental to the Big 3 Mining Companies in Sierra Leone namely Sierra Minerals Holdings, Shandong Steels and Sierra Rutile. Albert has been able to grow the Company’s base and provide services to the major Mining Companies and government entities.
Albert has wealth of experience in project management, Banking and Finance, Logistics and Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science (HONS) in Financial Services from IPAM, University of Sierra Leone.
In 2019 the concept of service delivery with Public Sector was borne in Albert’s mind and hence the need to partner with Government Ministry’s/ department saw the establishment of Integrated Trade Services (SL) Ltd and Albert serving as its CEO and founder.
